These were captured at various locations in Seattle, Wshington during July of 2011. It is mostly a mix of informal “ask a stranger” street portraits and candid street shots of girls that I found to be interesting. These are not intended to be the most beautiful women in Seattle although some are quite good looking. It is no more than women as they are, captured as they go about their daily business, whatever that may be. Someday it may be a record of the styles of the time. The first six girls were shot in or right outside of the famous Pike Street Market. The two young duck riders were sitting on an amphibious tour vehicle, so they must have been tourists like myself. Phoenix Tattoo and Strangeness in Seattle were captured in the bohemian Pioneer Square area of Seattle. Canon Girl was captured in Mt Rainier National Park. You may note that as usual, famous landmarks like the Space Needle are absent from my collection.
