This collection of photos was captured in rural areas of Northern Michigan during August of 2012. It is pastoral with three barns, a country store and roadside produce vendors. ”Beach at the End of Time” was inspired by the movie “Tree of Life”.

Great set Ron! Love the barns, and the beach photo shows just how low the lakes are these days. Serious hazards to navigation for the freighters that ply the lakes.
Yeah, the lakes are low. Thank you John.
Ron, I have really been enjoying your posts.
Thank you so much.
Home Sweet Home.
Thank you V.
Oddly enough I would like to take a nap right about now in that over grown barn. After that I’m pretty sure could get some quality writing done in there assuming there is a roof! Great pics!
Thank you for commenting. It might be on the cold side today.
Great gallery. Love the first pic. That’s a really good price.
Thank you.
That’s a lot of corn!!! Looks nice around there
Thank you.
Beautiful story!
This is what we call the heartland, thank you.
Wonderful captures! I enjoyed them very much.
Thank you.
