Split, Croatia Scenes

Mystery Mirror

Mystery Mirror

My wanderings took me up the hill above Split to visit the Jewish Cemetery.  Nobody has been interred there in about a century. I returned past the harbor and wandered through the claustrophobic alleys of old town.

Sorry – keyboard quit, now have new one. Wanted to say that both this and the previous set of Split are especially good!

        • Thank you. It’s hard to type with a busted keyboard. I dropped off the car in Split, it was liberating to not have it.

  7. Croatia is certainly lovely! I really liked Split–what a beautiful place (as is its sister, Dubrovnik)! Only wish I’d had more time to continue exploring more the Dalmatian Coast; 5 days wasn’t long enough!

    • You are right, 5 days is not enough. Thank you for commenting.

    • Thank you Chris. I am back in Houston, and badly jet lagged. The food in Croatia was very good and much less expensive than at home. Wine with meals was almost a giveaway.
