Show me the waters of your home world…

Rainbow and Mist

Rainbow and Mist

The line for the title of this post is from a movie, Dune.  Yes, I confess to being a science fiction fan.  I also spend a disproportionate time in coastal areas, wetlands, on, or under the water.  These photos are from Plitvice Lakes National Park in Croatia.  As I shot these there were literally thousands of tourists crowding this place.  Somehow I managed to work around the crowds.  This collection ranges from offbeat landscapes, to semi abstract and totally abstract water images.

  1. Beautiful pictures and a very good movie, Dune. It’s been a while since I’ve seen it.

        • Not really- the book was good, the movie ehh. The miniseries was better but still lacking.

        • I did not realize there was a miniseries. None the less, the post was more popular than usual.

  8. If it is Dune of the 80s then I have seen it and liked it. For the set here, although no girls, it is beautiful.
