Let’s face it, fish smell funny.  Some seafood looks weird.  Get this stuff on a plate with a bit of skill and it tastes wonderful.  These photos are from two fish markets, one in the market district of Kowloon, the other on Hong Kong Island, literally in the shadows of skyscrapers.

  2. It all looks wonderful _ l love fresh fish and have a very weak spot for prawns & langoustine so this post is right up my gastronomic street..
