Fish Pond Abstract

Fish Pond Abstract

8 Photos in This Gallery

The day started out with the typical oversized Hawaiian breakfast. I then headed south  stopping at a few beaches before reaching Pu’uhonua o Honaunau National Historical Park where the abstract photos of a fish pond were captured.   A nearby beach is popular with divers and snorkelers.

  7. Love the abstracts in this post Ron. The people looking out at that gorgeous blue water are nice too.

  8. The fish pond abstract is splendid…and would you mind if I used The Tree by the Sea to inspire me…as you know I don’t do exact copies so there is no fear of copyright issues 🙂 I just like the basic idea of the lone tree above the water 🙂

Nice variety! That lava shot is cool!
I have to confess to being distracted by the thoughts of an over sized Hawaiian breakfast. What makes it unique to Hawaii?

    • It might not be unique to Hawaii, but it always impresses me here. I remember portions like that in Forks, Washington. Most of the places I go to elsewhere don’t have such gigantic portions. They do have Portuguese sausage here.

  11. Thank you for liking “A Glimpse of My World: Downtown Sacramento” and “Fossils.” Wonderful photo gallery! 🙂 I enjoy your Hawaii pictures, and I really like the textures of the rocks in most of these photos.
