All morning and right up through the end of the parade rain was hanging in the air.  A few drops fell, but the Art Car Parade was spared.  The Cadillac commercial vehicle is often parked on 19th street in the Houston Heights.  Volunteers use roller skates to get around because the car staging is spread out for over a mile.

    • It sure is something that makes Houston special. I know a lot of the Art Car people, too.
